$3.5M tiny home project aims to combat homelessness in Grand Rapids - mlive.com

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Mel Trotter Ministries and Next Step of West Michigan have begun building the first of 16 new tiny homes on the southeast side of Grand Rapids to combat homelessness.

The nonprofits on Thursday, March 20, began construction of Hope Village, a $3.5 million tiny home community on 1.65 acres of land near the Next Step facility at 100 Garden St. SE.
